Preisansage.de (repr. by Mr. Armin Ludwig) guarantees a confidential handling of your details. We only use the information acquired by us, in order to effect orders and to inform you of updates of our range. Since the foundation of Preisansage.de, it has been our policy, not to pass customers’ data on to third persons.
Data processing
Order details: On placing an order with us, you are obliged to state your name, your e-mail address, delivery address, credit card details and your bank account number. We can only process and carry out your order in this way. We also use this information to inform you of something new.
Newsletter: To register for our e-mail newsletter, we require your name and e-mail address. We use the newsletter service to inform you about updates, special offers, new releases and other campaigns. You can cancel the newsletter at any time, in order to no longer receive information from us. If you recommend our site or an article to a friend, the details stated will be taken on in the mailing list of our newsletter service.

According to § 28 of the German Data Protection Law (GDPL) Preisansage.de (repr. by Mr. Armin Ludwig) draws your attention to the fact that the data necessary for clearing and settling business are processed and saved using an EDP according to § 33 (GDPLBDSG). Personal data are naturally handled confidentially.
